  • Partner Facing Calls: Lead various types of calls including Marketing Strategy Check-Ins, Mindset Coaching, Front Desk Training, TC (Treatment Coordinator) Training, and Business Strategy Check-Ins.
  • Coaching: Provide comprehensive coaching to partners, guiding them through the intricacies of orthodontic/ dental practice, encompassing front desk operations, sales techniques, and mindset adjustments.
  • Crafting Actionable Solutions: Deliver actionable solutions and tailored strategies to address partners' individual needs and challenges effectively.
  • Communication: Ensure timely and detailed communication with partners, maintaining a proactive approach and adhering to a 3-hour response window. Communicate effectively with internal teams addressing partner concerns or gaining clarity on questions.
  • CRM & Project Management: Manage partner relations utilizing our CRM platform (HighLevel) and maintain organizational efficiency with project management software (ClickUp).
  • Collaboration: Actively participate in Partner Success Daily Huddles and utilize various online tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and PandaDoc to facilitate seamless operations.


  • Improved Partner Performance: Facilitate enhanced marketing strategies, streamlined operations, and improved sales techniques, resulting in increased partner satisfaction and success.
  • Increased Revenue: Implement tailored solutions and strategies to address partner challenges, leading to improved efficiency, higher conversion rates, and ultimately, increased revenue generation.
  • Enhanced Partner Engagement: Foster strong partner relationships through proactive communication, comprehensive coaching, and timely support, resulting in heightened partner engagement and loyalty.
