At HIP Creative Inc., we seek a talented Meta Media Buyer to join our dynamic team of marketing professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing targeted lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms, focusing specifically on the orthodontic and dental niche. Your expertise in Paid Social advertising will be crucial as you develop strategies that leverage Facebook and Instagram’s robust marketing capabilities. You will work closely with our Client Success team to ensure that our campaigns meet the specific KPIs and drive substantial ROI, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication and strategic insights. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Management: Creation and ongoing optimization of lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms, explicitly targeting patients for the orthodontic and dental niche.
- Performance Troubleshooting: Meeting specific KPIs within various budgets and primarily through Meta advertising, including Facebook and Instagram Ads, while utilizing some Display and Meta's re-marketing tools.
- Strategy Identification: Identify critical areas of opportunity and improvement within Meta ad accounts and collaborate with the team to support and devise new strategies tailored to these platforms.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Utilizing Meta's Ads Manager and other analytical tools like Facebook's Audience Insights and Ad Reporting features to analyze campaign performance and strategize accordingly.
- Communication: Taking ownership of ad performance. Coordinating with the Client Success team to answer client questions, communicate updates on strategy, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Budget Pacing: Monitoring daily ad spend and adjusting bids on Meta platforms to ensure clients are on track with their monthly budget plans.
- Content Creation: Crafting precise, high-quality ad copy and creatives tailored to client goals and priorities, specifically for Meta's audience.
- Online Tools: Online tools like ClickUp, HighLevel (CRM), Slack, Zoom, Gmail, and Google Workspace manage workflows and communications effectively.
RESULTS EXPECTED
- Successful Lead Generation Campaigns: Drive the creation and ongoing optimization of lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms, resulting in increased lead volume and quality for clients within the orthodontic and dental sectors.
- Achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Meet specified KPIs within allocated budgets, focusing mainly on Meta advertising, including Facebook and Instagram, demonstrating effectiveness and ROI to clients.
- Strategic Identification of Opportunities: Proactively identify and leverage opportunities within Meta ad accounts, working with the team to develop and implement new strategies that enhance campaign performance and client outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize Meta's analytical tools to scrutinize campaign performance, discern trends, and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize results and maximize ROI.
- Effective Communication and Client Satisfaction: Own ad performance on Meta platforms and maintain effective communication with clients and the Client Success team, providing timely strategy updates, responding to inquiries, and offering recommendations aligned with client goals, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Budget Pacing and Content Quality: Ensure accurate daily monitoring of spending and bid adjustments on Meta while creating targeted, high-quality content that resonates with the platform’s audience.
- Utilization of Online Tools: Effectively use online tools to streamline workflow processes, enhance team collaboration, and optimize campaign management efficiency on Meta platforms.
- Continuous Improvement and Adaptability: Continuously refine processes, identify challenges, and stay updated on the latest Meta platform updates and advertising best practices, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to achieving outstanding results in a dynamic digital marketing environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns, preferably within the orthodontic or dental niche.
- Expertise in Paid Social advertising, with a solid understanding of other media channels such as Display and Adroll remarketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot performance issues, meet KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Strategic thinking and proactive approach to identifying areas of opportunity and improvement within campaigns.
- Proficiency in using online tools and platforms such as ClickUp, HighLevel (CRM), Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision in budget pacing and content creation.

COMPENSATION
- $55,000- $60,000 (depending on experience)
