Your main focus will be on finalizing sales and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client. When you're not sealing the deal, you'll be engaging with previously qualified prospects to reignite interest and boost conversions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Relentlessly engage leads throughout the extended sales cycle, ensuring we successfully book them and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Become a subject matter expert and thought leader for HIP, mastering our competitive advantages and helping define what makes us truly unique in the marketplace.
  • Handle objections with confidence and turn them into opportunities for further engagement, always showcasing HIP’s value.
  • Reignite cold leads! When not working on active calls, dive into past leads to schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
  • Follow up fiercely through multiple channels—calls, SMS, and emails—to make sure no lead is left behind.
  • Own your calendar! Confirm all appointments to ensure a seamless and professional experience for every lead you touch.
  • Track your daily wins in the CRM to refine your approach, optimize your sales processes, and drive even more productivity.
  • Create and manage contracts through PandaDoc, ensuring every detail is right and ready for success.
  • Push for better results! Continuously review and enhance your sales efforts to hit your targets and exceed expectations.
  • Stay in the game! Be available for evening and weekend calls when needed, because closing deals knows no time limits.
  • Be a team player—attend all sales huddles and weekly team meetings to stay connected and keep the momentum going!

  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for the Dental and Orthodontic Field! Either you’re already an expert, or you're ready to dive in and learn everything about it!
  • Proven Sales Rockstar! With 2-5 years of experience, you have a track record of closing deals, especially in high-volume or seasonal environments.
  • Master Negotiator! You know how to persuade and negotiate, turning opportunities into wins!
  • Quick Problem Solver! You can assess customer needs fast and deliver tailored solutions that hit the mark.
  • Communication Wizard! Both your verbal and written communication skills are on point, making every interaction smooth and impactful.
  • Active Listener! You’re tuned in to what customers are saying, ensuring you fully understand their concerns before offering solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy! You’ve got experience with CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions with precision.

    COMPENSATION

    • $90,000- $200,000 (commission only)

    • 8-hour shift
    • 8 am-5 pm CST
    • Monday to Friday
    • Flexible to take calls on nights and weekends when needed
